Hi all Unfortunately, my mothers favorite painting has seemingly gotten ruined. She is moving across the country from California to New York and the painting was brought along the drive in a box. Once she arrived in NYC she opened it and it has become pretty much a ghost of its former self with large cracks and creases. You can kind of see there’s splotches of its original color saturation
Does anyone know what happened or hopefully how we can try to restore it? Any suggestions are appreciated
Wood thickness is 3/4" and soft wood. Can you suggest the endmill diameter I use? May be I need one for the rough work then another for finishing?
It has been 25 years since I wore out my last cowboy boots and now, in the middle years of life, I have bought new ones again. I'm enjoying it "like a child with new shoes." I've had them for 15 days and I use them as much as I can. I have fallen in love with this shoe and I know I will buy more. I am learning a lot about western boots in this group and as a thank you I thank you from Spain. Greetings from a Spanish friend, fan of far west culture, rock and roll, country, blues, history, the Spanish Empire in America and its legacy. To the horses (brought to America by the Spanish) and the "Leather Dragons" who were the first patrollers and cowboys in North America. Greetings from southern Europe. I will continue reading you.
